Really interesting to visit the stadium and take the self-guided tour using the headset provided in the entry prices. Wonderful history and great to learn that the facility is still being used todayFull review by Bert O
Is it still possible to go for a morning run at the stadium? I’ve read online this is something but cannot see anything recent so unsure if this has stopped?

It’s kind’a as long as you make it. The stadium is a three-quarter oval. You can actually see most of it from the street as part of a drive-by. I suppose it’s worth the €5 to walk through the stadium but if walking is a hardship don’t bother. The “museum” is fun ... a collection of the modern Olympic era torches and posters.
