Simply awesome! The city, the views, the restaurants and shops but, on top of everything, we loved the people of Bergamo!Full review by Grace G
Hi Antonia, no it's free and it's an old town where people live as well. If you want to use the funicolar or bus to reach it you need a ticket for the public transport.
I remember an excellent silversmith on the outskirts of Citta Alta, does anyone know if it is still there please and if so the name of the shop? Thanks

Lucio Iezzi. Design Studio. Fabulous pieces. Jewellery, tableware, sculpture. I bought many pieces on my trips to Bergamo.
Hi is there any place I can put my small suitcase at the airport or close by? I have the whole day in Milan and want to explore without having to drag my suitcase! Thank you!

I would ask a hotel if you could pay to leave your bag with them or try the station.
