Yes - groups are welcome and it can be a great idea to contact them first as they will often make sure there is one of the volunteers on hand to give a tour and answer questions. Check out the Cowbridge Physic Garden website for all contact details. There are also links to information about the plants and history etc. It is a small garden with level access...but no toilets or facilities onsite. It is in the centre of Cowbridge so facilities are nearby, including bus stops to and from Cardiff within easy distance.
