If you’ve not been you’re missing out! This is one of our favourite places to visit. However busy it gets it’s still a peaceful place with plenty of room. The statues are amazing.We go a lot.Full review by Cheshirereview

The leisure centre is to the north of the Gormley Statues there is a curved roof approx 150 m from the beach - there is often an ice cream van parked on the walkway at the shore. It serves tea and snacks - a pool and gym. Rgds David
Hi i think we will be visiting southport on tues 23rd or wed 24th october and it seems that high tide is 11am and 11 30am following day trying to work out when would be best time to arrive at the beach to see the statues at their best any help would be much appreciated thank you

I visited last week and was there about 11 and the tide was along way out. In my opinion perfect for seeing the statues. Hope this helps
