Hi, no sure if there is tour guide for hiking. We use the free hiking map provided and a keen eye to lookout for markers, which are painted on rocks, trees, poles, etc. along the …

Hi, no sure if there is tour guide for hiking. We use the free hiking map provided and a keen eye to lookout for markers, which are painted on rocks, trees, poles, etc. along the trail. Maybe you should try asking at the tourist information office or try the shortest trails to experience it first. However, if the trail ends far away from where you started, you have to take a bus or taxi back. We had lunch at a restaurant nearby and called for a taxi to take us back to Kastro.

We stayed here: hotel petali village. You can read my review on TA. One of the trails goes through the hotel grounds. Others pass close by. hth.
