There is an adjoining office where you can buy tickets. It was closed for renovations when we went but I did speak to the curator who said that the complex gets busy in the summertime. You would not get access when there are weddings or functions booked. I suggest you call or email when you are planning to go and ask if they are open for business then and how best to get tickets.
