The train is broke wait for an hour without info what the problem is. The regular train is better cleaner and the stuff is more cooperative. They gave us a cup of tea as compensation ☹️☹️☹️☹️.Full review by gigo90

Hi, we have confirmed reservation seats for 06.09.25 from Chur to Tirano and I understand we also need to buy a public ticket. I have looked at the website a number of times and can’t see how to pay for public tickets for that date. Can anyone advise?

Hi.....I just bought mine from a ticket machine at the station in chur. You can also buy it from the small station kiosk in Tirano (where they all speak excellent English)
