Hello there... All along the water side there are TONS of bars and restaurants.My husband and I just walked and walked and stopped at many different places along the way. The view from them all were spectacular. At the end of the day, a cocktail ANYWHERE in Italy will be wonderful. Enjoy...... .
I recommend one of the apt. rentals available thru VRBO or Airbnb near Bocadasse in Genova. It's easily accessible with public transit from all of Genova.
