The apartment is not too bad, as long you don't have high expectations !
The area where the flat is located, look like Cairo suburban, you can robbed one minute

We love that it was only 15 min far away from the center and a very good coffee shop.
The location was very dirty but the apartment was pretty clean

Easy access to the center of Marseille. Close to everything.
Apartment located in a very neglected building. Second floor without elevator (+45 stairs), Very difficult to park nearby, and public parking is far away, with no indications.
