It is a very nice option for a trekking just in Quito. I could arrive walking from my accommodation. You can ride a bike o do a long hike here. The only bad thing is that you still here the traffic…Full review by barbierikab

No golf course, just walking, hiking, and mountain biking. On the weekend you can rent a mountain bike close to the park entrance.
