Former Duke star turned top pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, Cooper Flagg, has been named the 2025 Best College Athlete in Men's Sports at the 2025 ESPYs.

Cooper Flagg, fresh off a dominant freshman year at Duke, clinched the Best College Athlete ESPY. The Dallas Mavericks rookie, selected No. 1 overall in the NBA Draft, also secured Naismith and AP Player of the Year awards.

Cooper Flagg was nominated for two ESPYs less than a day after being picked No. 1 overall in the NBA draft. Flagg, 18, was nominated for Best Breakthrough Athlete and Best College Athlete - Men's Sports.
