Blake Lively's legal team is claiming 'total victory' after a judge threw out Justin Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against the actress and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.

The legal battle for Blake Lively, and by extension, husband Ryan Reynolds, is far from over. However, their camp recently received great news with a judge’s decision to dismiss the lawsuit brought against them by Justin Baldoni.

Baldoni’s legal action also alleged that Lively, Reynolds and Sloane worked with The New York Times to “spread a false narrative that Baldoni committed sexual misconduct towards Lively,” partly through the publication of an article in the Times in December.
