Jets coach Aaron Glenn began filling out his coaching staff Wednesday, a week after he became a head coach for the first time. And Glenn is going with one of the most experienced assistants in the league to fill one the most important jobs on his staff.

In the first big hire under new head coach Aaron Glenn, the Jets are set to hire veteran Steve Wilks as defensive coordinator.

Glenn, 52, returns to New York as he has been hired by the team as their next head coach. His arrival was met with plenty of excitement because of his prior connections with the Jets as a player. Now his first day in New York is in the books with his introductory press conference that went down on Monday. Glenn had plenty to say.
