The ACLU of Arizona is filing a lawsuit to extend the deadline for curing ballots. According to the filing obtained by Votebeat, it asks the court to extend the deadline for voters to respond to problems with their mail-in ballot signatures.

The groups’ petition noted that as of Friday evening more than 250,000 mail-in ballots had not yet been verified by signature.
