Town Center at Cobb reopened a little after 11 a.m. Wednesday, the mall said on Facebook, after shutting down unexpectedly due to unpaid bills. "We're OPEN!" the mall posted at 11:20 a.m. Shoppers who showed up Tuesday were met with signs on the doors saying the mall was "closed until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
