Mississippi senator files ‘Contraception Begins at Erection Act’
JACKSON, Miss. ( WLBT /Gray News) - A Mississippi state senator has filed a bill titled the “Contraception Begins at Erection Act.” The bill, written by Sen. Bradford Blackman, would make it “unlawful for a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo.”
The bill, which almost certainly won't pass, would allow men to be fined for climaxing without the intent to make a baby.
