A judge ruled Tuesday that the former Los Angeles gang leader provided no proof that there was an immunity deal set in place years ago by federal and local authorities.

Duane “Keefe D” Davis will head to trial for the 1996 murder of late Tupac Shakur after trying to have the case thrown out of court. Keefe D claimed that he was offered immunity for information so he should not face prosecution.
