Dror, husband of Russian woman Nina Kutina, who was rescued with her daughters from a Gokarna cave, said he was denied permission to meet them at the Tumakuru detention centre without written approval from the FRRO.

Nina Kutina, a Russian woman who was found living in a cave in Karnataka's Gokarna with her two daughters, also had a son from a previous relationship. The father of the two daughters found with the Russian woman is said to be an Israeli national, Dror Goldstein, who had filed a missing persons report in November last year.
