Westminster police are hunting for a suspect after a man was fatally shot at La Quinta Inn. The suspect is still at large, and the incident is considered isolated with no threat to the public. The investigation is ongoing.

A man was shot and killed at a hotel in Westminster Friday night. The Westminster Police Department said it first responded to a reported shooting at the La Quinta Inn near 120th Ave. and Delaware St.

The victim and the suspect knew each other and there is no active threat to the community, Westminster Police said.
