It appears fans are in for another long wait as the Dallas Cowboys drag out talks with Micah Parsons on a contract extension despite all the information telling them the deal should be done.

FRISCO – Stephen Jones said Tuesday nothing has progressed in contract talks with star pass rusher Micah Parsons. As the Dallas Cowboys entered their final week of organized team activities, the Cowboys’ co-owner spoke with reporters briefly as the team headed inside the Ford Center due to the windy conditions outside.

The latest in the Micah Parsons contract drama spells good and bad news for Cowboys fans. Parsons has yet to strike a deal with Dallas on a potentially record-breaking extension, but the superstar pass rusher assured fans he’ll be attending next week’s mandatory mini-camp nonetheless.
