LSU women's basketball found itself in a dogfight early at Missouri. But a 15-1 run to close the third propelled LSU to the victory Thursday night.

The LSU women's basketball team didn’t find an offensive rhythm until late in the third quarter of its road win over Missouri on Thursday. But once the No. 6 Tigers finally strung together a few buckets in the second half, they were able to hold off Missouri for a sloppy 71-60 win.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – No. 6 LSU (24-1, 9-1 SEC) will leave Columbia with their ninth SEC win of the season as the Tigers took down Missouri (12-13, 1-9 SEC), 71-60, on Thursday night at the Mizzou Arena. Missouri was able to dictate the pace much of Thursday’s game,
