NEW ALBANY, Ohio — A second victim who was hospitalized after a shooting at a New Albany warehouse Tuesday night has died, according to city officials. The Franklin County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 30-year-old Shakhar Chapagai, who was pronounced dead at Mount Carmel East at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday.
