As President Donald Trump’s administration prepares to execute his vision of the “largest deportation operation in American history,” federal operations in the country’s largest city could look different than they did in his first administration.

Mayor Eric Adams will appear on far-right pundit Tucker Carlson’s show Tuesday evening despite criticizing Carlson four years ago as someone who “perpetuates racist, anti-immigrant propaganda.” In a preview of the interview,

Adams was never shy about what he believed in, he just played to the right (wealthy) New Yorkers. He made them fear their city and promised to save them from it during the months they hadn’t escaped to Florida.
