Thirty-five pro-Palestine protesters, many of who participated in last spring’s Palestine solidarity encampment, announced Thursday they will be suing the UC, UCLA, police forces and counter-protesters.

Last Spring, students across San Diego protested the war in Gaza, showing up in the thousands to march through their university grounds.

A group including students and faculty at the University of California, Los Angeles are suing the school, alleging the institution violated their civil rights during protests on campus last spring.
