At least 11 people have been shot at a 4th of July party in a bar in downtown Philadelphia overnight. Gunshots rang out at around 4am this morning (Saturday) at the 7 Elements bar on 11th Street and Washington Avenue after a gunman walked in a sprayed the room with bullets.
