Royal Caribbean’s stock falls as a slight revenue miss and disappointing current-quarter outlook offset a profit beat and raised full-year outlook.

Royal Caribbean raised its annual profit forecast on Tuesday, banking on resilient demand for its luxury destinations, even as the cruise operator faces pressure from higher fuel costs.

Royal Caribbean reported adjusted quarterly earnings of $4.38 a share, as revenue climbed about 10% from a year ago to $4.54 billion. Analysts were expecting earnings of $4.09 a share on revenue of $4.55 billion, according to a FactSet poll.
