Bleacher Report writer Brent Sobleski named Martinez Seattle's "best value selection" from the 2025 NFL Draft, especially with the current state of the Seahawks' running back room.

Expectations are high for first-round pick Grey Zabel, who is going to be wearing Steve Hutchinson's legendary No. 76 jersey. The Seahawks identified Zabel as an ideal fit for Klint Kubiak's zone-based offense. He'll be the starter at left guard, and it's worth monitoring his start at rookie minicamp.

The Seahawks are armed with 10 picks in the 2025 NFL draft after all their wheeling-and-dealing this offseason. Of those, six fall into the first four rounds, giving Seattle a chance to continue reshaping their roster. They acquired Picks 52 and 223 from Pittsburgh in exchange for Metcalf, while Pick 92 came from the Raiders in the Smith deal.
