A video of Livingstone College student William McNeil Jr. has gone viral following the release of body camera footage from a traffic stop.

The report of the now-viral incident said the man was reaching for a "large knife" as police removed him, and does not mention hitting him in the car.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Sheriff T.K. Waters will be holding a news conference on Monday to share details about the agency’s investigation into a viral video showing a violent traffic stop in February.
