A federal judge has moved a case involving at Tufts University doctoral student being held at an immigration facility in Louisiana to Vermont.

Tufts University wants a federal judge to release, without delay, Rumeysa Ozturk, the Fulbright Scholar from Turkey grabbed off the street by masked ICE agents.

The student, Rumeysa Ozturk, was detained by ICE agents in Massachusetts, driven to Vermont and flown to a detention center in Louisiana, where the government was trying to argue her court case.
