Trump’s administration has been going off on The View co-hosts in recent weeks. White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson slammed Ana Navarro over her criticism of Alligator Alcatraz and Trump’s immigration policies on the July 11 episode of The View.

“Joy Behar is an irrelevant loser suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome,” White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly on Wednesday, July 23. “ [Behar] should self-reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump’s historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off air.”

The White House's comments were in response to Behar’s remarks heavily criticizing Trump for accusing former President Barack Obama of committing treason.
