BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — The City of Bloomington broke ground for a new water tower Wednesday morning. The tower will be approximately 120 feet tall with one million gallons of elevated storage.
In April, the Bloomington City Council authorized a construction contract with Landmark Structures out of Texas for about $7.5 million to build the water tower.
