Google parent Alphabet on Wednesday asked a London tribunal to throw out a mass lawsuit that accuses the tech giant of abusing its dominance in the online search market.

Google is in the midst of its third major antitrust lawsuit within a year, and it’s fighting tooth and nail to make sure that it doesn’t lose this one. Right now, it’s 0 for 2 in its lawsuits, having lost the two previous cases.

Google won a legal challenge Wednesday against a €1.49 billion ($1.66 billion) antitrust fine from the European Union, while chipmaker Qualcomm failed to repeal a penalty.
