The cute social sim Hello Kitty Island Adventure arrived on the Switch earlier this year and was well-received, even if it did borrow a fair bit from certain powerhouse games within the genre.

Having played the game thoroughly now, I am grateful for Hello Kitty Island Adventure’s port over to Nintendo Switch, as it scratches an itch that not many games have filled since the Pandemic.
