Some features will remain the same as the previous cards issued since 2009. Banner colors are distinct for rapid recognition. The driver’s license banner is blue, and the ID card banner is green.

As a reminder, this new card design is not yet available as a Real ID Act-compliant card. Oregon will begin to offer an optional Real ID-compliant card in July 2020.
