Shortly after the launch of the original Switch, we got the fighting game ARMS, and the Wii U introduced us to Splatoon (Which has become a dependable franchise with two Switch-based sequels). I hope at least one of Nintendo’s studios has been cooking up something fresh for the launch of the Switch 2.

Since the January reveal of Switch 2 (the official Nintendo one, not the leaks weeks before) we've all been crossing days off the calendar counting down to the April Nintendo Direct, when we'll finally get a proper deep dive at the hardware,

The Nintendo Switch 2 may very well feature a native version of upcoming 3D platformer Ruffy and the Riverside if a recent tease is any indication. Most predictions claim that the Nintendo Switch 2 release date will be in June, meaning that Nintendo's next-generation console is mere months away from release.
