New York City will soon be home to a third Kimpton location, this time near Rockefeller Center in Midtown. It'll be developed by Extell Development Company, which has a mighty hospitality portfolio that includes the Hard Rock Hotel New York and the W Hotel Times Square.

New York Fashion Week is getting in on the streaming renaissance. The annual event that brings the largest names in fashion to the Big Apple will let the public in on its runway shows for the first time starting Friday at Rockefeller Center.
