After being delayed by rainy weather during the Erie Town Fair in June, the 26th Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival finally launched Saturday.

Roses were not in their top form Thursday for the 10th Bloom and Glow event at the Richmond Rose Garden, but attendees were still able to enjoy the hot air balloons.
