The RA Schools have been a key part of the Royal Academy since its foundation in 1769. The Schools offer a full-time, three-year programme to 17 early career artists each year, for free.

This fall, Abramovic, now 76, is restaging that work, “Imponderabilia,” at the Royal Academy of Arts, in London, as part of a major retrospective of her work that runs through Jan. 1, 2024.
