Residents near Russian River in Sonoma County trapped by floodwaters
The Russian River in Sonoma Couty reached moderate flood stage Wednesday and was expected to peak. People in low-lying areas were told to evacuate last night, but some residents have stayed put and are now stuck in their homes waiting for the water to subside.
