Saint Mark's Episcopal Cathedral is exploring the potential redevelopment of its St. Nicholas property at 1501 10th Ave. E. for affordable multi-generational housing.

Trinity Church Wall Street, a church located in New York City, has given St. Mark's $250,000 in grants in the past year to help build affordable housing units.
