SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, Belgium - Heavy rain has delayed the start of the Belgian Grand Prix, where a topsy-turvy race appears to be in store. Rain started just as the cars made their way to the grid and intensified in the 30 minutes of build-up on the grid.

McLaren teammates Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are on the front row for this year's Belgian Grand Prix. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc starts third, followed by Red Bull's Max Verstappen, who won Saturday's Sprint race and is the likeliest driver to take down the two strong McLarens of Norris and Piastri.
