Samsung's Galaxy S25 Edge tease at the end of the company's January Unpacked event stole the spotlight from the rest of the S25 lineup. This slimmer edition of the Galaxy S25 was also available for attendees to see after the keynote but was not available for a closer look.

By comparison, we've already seen the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge – and now the launch date has been leaked. It comes from reliable tech insider, Max Jambor, and corroborates previous reports which suggest an April launch is coming.

The Galaxy S25 Edge was tipped to launch in April. Samsung displayed the S25 Edge during last month’s Galaxy Unpacked S25 series launch event. The device will arrive months ahead of the widely rumoured iPhone 17 Air later in fall.

Much has been rumoured about the iPhone 17 Air – which is anticipated to launch alongside the rest of the iPhone 17 range in the autumn – but that's not the only handset involved. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has already been announced and showcased, as part of the Samsung Galaxy S25 launch.
