New details of a complaint filed with the Los Angeles Police Department alleging officers in the recruitment office used racist and derogatory comments Monday sparked anger and calls for accountability from city officials.

A lieutenant, a sergeant and two officers in the LAPD's Recruiting Employment Division have been assigned to home during the investigation.
