The Tennessee Titans waived 2023 seventh-round pick Colton Dowell and signed wide receiver Matt Landers, the team announced on July 25. Dowell, a Lebanon native, played in 10 games in 2023 after making the 53-man roster from the roster bubble in preseason, tore his ACL in December 2023 and spent last season on the physically unable to perform list.

The Titans signed Landers to a contract Friday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
