Arthur Folasa Ah Loo, 39, was struck at an anti-Trump rally in Utah after peacekeepers opened fire on another man who had pulled out an AR-15 style rifle.

The 39-year-old man was a successful apparel designer who devoted his life to celebrating artists from the Pacific Islands.
