CBSE Class 9 Deleted Syllabus 2024-25 CBSE had reduced the syllabus by 30% (not for all subjects) post the pandemic. The deletion aimed to help students learn better and move ahead from rote learning.

As per the report, the CBSE's governing body approved the proposal for open book exams after a meeting held in June.
