COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and Indiana Gov. Mike Braun have placed a friendly wager on the outcome of Ohio State vs. Notre Dame national title game. The Buckeyes take on the Fighting Irish in the College Football Playoff National Championship on Monday.
