Little Rock police have confirmed that an arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that killed 15-year-old John Staats.

According to reports, officers discovered a juvenile male deceased from apparent gunshot wounds at 8024 Stanton Road shortly after midnight.

Little Rock Police Department officials identified the victim as 19-year-old Anthony Jakob White. On Jan. 28, authorities said officers were called to Westbridge Apartments at 2123 Labette Manor Drive shortly after 11 p.m. When they arrived, officers said they found White dead inside of a car with an apparent gunshot wound.

The Little Rock Police Department has now made an arrest in the deadly shooting at Park Plaza that happened on Monday.
