A passenger on an Air France flight from Paris to Boston died on Tuesday evening, the airline and police said.The victim has been identified as 53-year-old Barbara Dipoli of Topeka, Kansas, Massachusetts State Police told NBC News on Thursday.

According to the Massachusetts State Police, 53-year-old Barbara Dipoli of Topeka, Kansas, was a passenger on an Air France flight from Paris to Boston when she suffered a medical episode during the flight.
