NEW YORK — Amazon has sued the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for finding the e-commerce giant legally responsible for the recalls of hundreds of thousands of products sold on its site.

A brand of portable, wireless phone chargers sold on e-commerce sites including Amazon.com is being recalled over fears that its internal lithium battery can lead to potential fire and burns, the U.S.

If you own one of these 3,000 high chairs, you will get a full refund, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says.
